The mounting head must fit the panel
A push mount tie combines cable bundling with an integrated attachment to a panel. Select the head against the actual hole geometry and thickness of the panel, rather than choosing only by strap length. Include tolerances and available rear clearance in the drawing.
Use the complete catalog row
NF’s catalog lists a 3.6 × 135 mm part for a 5.0 ± 0.2 mm hole and a 0.8–2.2 mm panel, with a maximum bundle diameter of 28 mm. Its 4.8 × 200 mm entry specifies a 6.4 ± 0.1 mm hole and a 2.0–3.2 mm panel, with a maximum bundle diameter of 48 mm. Do not combine a mounting range from one row with the strap dimensions of another.

The loop tensile value describes the loop, not every behavior of the mounting connection. A fit check should include insertion, engagement and retention on the actual panel. Discuss vibration, loading direction and service conditions with the technical team.
Prepare an assembly-level sample request
Supply the hole drawing, panel thickness and material, harness diameter, fixing space and installation sequence. Identify the exact head design from a drawing or photograph. Confirm samples on your assembly before agreeing the bulk-production specification.
