Which construction details belong in a wire-core tie RFQ?
Identify the covering material, finished width or diameter, core wire, cut length or roll format and color. NF catalog options include PVC, PE or PP coverings; confirm the construction of the selected listing rather than applying one covering to the whole range.
How do I choose rolls or pre-cut lengths?
Use rolls when the packing process cuts to length. Request a defined cut length when repeatable individual ties suit the workflow. Check the closure on the actual bag or bundled item before agreeing the length and packaging.
Does a bag-closure application establish food-contact suitability?
No. Intended use, market and required material documentation must be reviewed separately. A product photograph or general packaging description does not establish a food-contact approval.
What are the MOQ and lead time?
These depend on the selected configuration and quantity. NF confirms the applicable minimum order, sample arrangements and production timing in the quotation.
