Which dimensions define a silicone ring?
Provide a drawing with inner diameter, cross-section or wall dimensions and tolerances. Add hardness, color and the intended installation. A product photograph alone does not define the ring geometry.
Can these rings be treated as sealing O-rings?
Do not assume a sealing function from a ring shape. NF presents rings and molded loop accessories for specified component applications. Any sealing, pressure or fluid-contact function requires a corresponding design and product-specific review.
How should a loop accessory be approved?
Trial installation, fit, contact surfaces and removal on the actual component. Record the accepted geometry and material requirements. Describe loading, exposure and any required documents before the quotation is confirmed.
What are the MOQ and lead time?
These depend on the selected configuration and quantity. NF confirms the applicable minimum order, sample arrangements and production timing in the quotation.
