Custom manufacturing process ↗PROCUREMENT QUESTIONS
Before you quote.
Which panel dimensions must match a push mount?
Specify hole shape, hole dimensions and tolerances, panel thickness and rear clearance. Read these together with the strap size from one catalog row. Do not combine the hole range of one head with the panel range of another.
Is loop tensile strength the same as mounting retention?
No. Loop strength concerns the closed tie loop. Engagement and retention in a panel depend on the mounting geometry, panel and loading direction. Evaluate insertion and retention on the actual assembly using agreed acceptance criteria.
What should be checked before approving samples?
Confirm head engagement, harness clearance, installation access and the bundle range on the actual panel. Record the accepted drawing and configuration before discussing bulk production.
What are the MOQ and lead time?
These depend on the selected configuration and quantity. NF confirms the applicable minimum order, sample arrangements and production timing in the quotation.
